Terms of Service (Original Works)

OKAY

here's what is okay to do with my original stories, games, and characters. please understand that this is subject to change at any time.

• NL, GL, BL - assuming NL is for "heterosexual", GL is for girl's love or yuri, and BL is for boy's love or yaoi.
• R-18+ CONTENT - this only applies to any and all characters who are already 18 years old or older. PLEASE DO NOT create any R-18+ content with any characters under 18 years old. this is one rule that i am extremely stringent on. anyone who creates such works of my underage characters should not, and will not be, consider themselves as part of fandom. while there are characters who look younger and/or older, they are not so. please focus on their actual age.
• DOUJINSHI WORKS - i truly encourage this because i would love to see what people can come up with! please feel free to message me of any doujin works so i can help show it off for you!
• ROLEPLAYING, COSPLAYING, MEMES, & FAN CONTENT - anything that has to do with fanworks, including fanfiction, please let me know! unless they hit any of the NOT OKAY list, i want to encourage my fans to have fun with the characters!

here's what is not okay with both my original works, games, and characters. please understand that this is subject to change at any time.

• SHOTA, LOLICON, ETC - ABSOLUTELY not welcomed or encouraged!! this is one thing i am 100% against. if you actively choose to engage in this behavior, you are not welcomed in the fandom. period.
• THEFT, INCLUDING COMMERCIAL USEAGE WITHOUT AUTHOR'S KNOWLEDGE - unless i have announced it on my social media and patreon discord server, any unauthorized selling of my work is completely forbidden and should be reported. if you want my works to be sold on your site, please e-mail me and we will have a discussion. please do not claim these characters and original works as your own.
• USING ANY MEDIA OF MINE AS HATE SPEECH AND/OR PROPOGANDA - please do not use my characters and other original works for hate speech and/or propoganda which includes any and all discrimination towards race, gender, gender identity, sexuality, ethinically, disability age, martial status, disability (including physical, mental, etc), and so much more. basically, if it's aimed to hurt someone or to target someone for any reason - don't fucking do it.

Terms of Service (Commissions)

here are the terms of service if you're interested in commissioning me for writing a fanfic.

• all prices in usd, only.
• i prefer kofi/paypal as a method of payment choice.
• please be patient. i have other responsibilities to attend to but your commission will be done!
• please be clear in your request on what you want written.
• i will never charge you extra if the fanfic is extra long (~4500 word max) but please don't be cheap on me and choose the minimum.
• the list of what i can and cannot write is subject for change.
• monetary tips are welcomed and encouraged.

What I Can Write

boys love (including nsfw), girls love (including nsfw), heterosexual (including nsfw), gen, comedy, romance, angst, character death, friendship, AUs

What I Cannot Write

torture, bdsm, underaged porn, gore, rape/molestation, scat, watersports, bestiality, dub/non-con, mpreg, a/b/o verse.
if you're not sure about something, feel free to ask!

Prices

• $5 for up to 500 word count ($3 on ko-fi - 1 kofi)
• $15 for 1,000 word count ($6 on ko-fi - 2 kofi).
• $40 for 5,000 word count ($12 on ko-fi - 4 kofi)
• $60 for 10,000 word count ($60 on ko-fi - 20 kofi)
